■ Membership registration guide
① We mainly operate on a non-membership basis.
No sign-up is required to make a reservation.

■ How to order products
There are the major steps to ordering products.
① Select a Product → Choose date, time, and place
② Click 'Confirm Info' → Select the number of participants
③ Click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now'
④ Fill in the order form
⑤ Select payment method and complete the payment
⑥ Order success screen (with your order number)
⑦ please make note of the 'Order number' and 'authorization number' (for credit card payment) in Step 6.

■ How to Manage My Order
① Click “Reservation” at the top of website.
② Enter 'Name' and 'Order Number' (check your email)
③ You manage your reservation.

■ Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations after payment, please contact our customer center first before proceeding.
Cancellation and refund rules may differ depending on each product.
Please make sure to carefully review all information related to cancellation and refund policies for each product before making your reservation.
