Shipping & Returns Information


We provide only reservation services ; no physical products are shipped.

Once payment is completed, a reservation confirmation will be sent by email.
Please show your reservation email when boarding the tour bus.

If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your SPAMfolder.


Communication with the Tour provider
If there is additional information or any updates,
the company conducting the tour will contact you by email or via messaging apps (WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, KakaoTalk).


Access to the DMZ area may be restricted without prior notice due to military training or government control.
In such cases, the tour will proceed with an alternative itinerary such as a Seoul city tour, and no refund will be provided.



  Cancelation & Refund Information


Please make sure to check theFree Cancel periodfor each product.

If the 'Free Cancel' is set to 2 days before,
you can cancel by 9:00 AM (KST), 2 days before the tour/event date and receive a Full Refund.
(After that time, no refund will be issued.)

No refund for no-shows on the tour day.

For non-refundable / non-cancelable products :
once payment is completed, cancellation and refund are not possible.

The refund and cancellation policies may differ from other sites
