Important Notes

Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Changing of the Guard Ceremony, and the National Folk Museum are closed every Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village may be visited instead.

Cancelation

Please make sure to check the Free Cancel period for each product.

If the 'Free Cancel' is set to 2 days before,
you can cancel by 9:00 AM (KST), 2 days before the tour/event date and receive a Full Refund.
(After that time, no refund will be issued.)

No refund for no-shows on the tour day.
