A passport is required on the day of the tour.
(Alternatively, Military ID or ARC card is accepted.)

Most travelers can participate.
This activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers per group.

Wheelchair access is not available.
Strollers are allowed.
Infants must sit on laps.

Important Notes

Tour times may be adjusted depending on military issues or same-day circumstances.
For some DMZ sections, guests may need to transfer to a group shuttle bus depending on local regulations.

Access to the DMZ area may be restricted without prior notice due to military training or government control.
In such cases, the tour will proceed with an alternative itinerary such as a Seoul city tour, and no refund will be provided.

Cancelation

Please make sure to check the Free Cancel period for each product.

If the 'Free Cancel' is set to 2 days before,
you can cancel by 9:00 AM (KST), 2 days before the tour/event date and receive a Full Refund.
(After that time, no refund will be issued.)

No refund for no-shows on the tour day.
