In such cases, the tour will proceed with an alternative itinerary such as a Seoul city tour, and no refund will be provided.

Cancelation

Please make sure to check the Free Cancel period for each product.

If the 'Free Cancel' is set to 2 days before,
you can cancel by 9:00 AM (KST), 2 days before the tour/event date and receive a Full Refund.
(After that time, no refund will be issued.)

No refund for no-shows on the tour day.
